Snack Tales

Snack Tales sells healthy Japanese-style snacks — peanuts, peas and dried beans in six flavours — under the "7 Samuraji" name. We designed the full brand: packaging, logo, character illustrations, and the website that ties them together.

Six Characters, Six Flavours

Each flavour got its own illustrated samurai — garlic peas, wasabi peas, crispy beans, a seven-bean mix — six distinct characters, six colour palettes, one shared visual style. Every character carries the start of a fairy tale onto the packaging itself, with a "Read the tale" link on the site continuing where the bag leaves off.

The site brings the six flavours together in one place, alongside the fairy tales themselves and where to buy — built around the same illustrated cast and bold, comic-style lettering as the packaging.
