Kimel Project

Kimel makes linen dresses — simple cuts, natural fabric, made to be worn outdoors. We shot the collection across three sessions and as many settings: a summer forest, a lakeside dock at sunset, and a pair of ornate period interiors, letting the dresses sit against very different backdrops without ever competing with them.

In the Forest

The first session moved through the trees at golden hour — dresses paired with fallen logs, moss and dappled light rather than a studio backdrop.

By the Lake in Sunset

During the photo shoot, we moved from the magic of a sunset on the lakeshore to an expressive, artistic interior, creating diverse and contrasting visual material.

In the Manor

The third part of the photoshoot took place in the manor's luxurious interiors – the cozy fireplace room and the stained glass conservatory. It created a beautiful contrast, combining the naturalness of the linen dresses with the aristocratic environment.
