Luula asked us to photograph and film their adjustable children's table and chair set — both as a full 360° spin and in real life, styled in an interior with kids. The adjustable Montessori set, made from natural Baltic birch, is built for creative play and learning from 18 months up through the teenage years, and already comes with an acrylic board and a paper roll for drawing.
This was a genuinely fun shoot with the whole family involved — the kids were free to play while I had to catch the right moment. Filming with children means you can't really follow a plan; everything happens on its own, and my job is to be the observer trying to catch every frame, hoping it lands in focus and the camera doesn't shake.
360° Product Photography
So the table could be viewed from any angle directly on the Luula website, we shot a full 360° sequence on a rotating platform — every step of the turn captured as its own frame to build an interactive, virtual view.
Drag to rotate the table
360° photography lets a customer view a product from any angle right in an online store, but the format doesn't stop there. The rotation can carry interactive hotspots that reveal extra information and close-ups — on the Luula table, each point highlights a specific feature: the fold-down blackboard, the pull-out paper roll, the adjustable heights, the safety lock, and the swappable side sections. The same approach works for showing a product in action — parts that open, slide out, or transform — all inside one interactive view a customer can explore on their own, without waiting for extra photos or video.
